BogotaBikeTours is a small organisation that organises touristic tours in Bogota. Nothing unusual one would say, there will be more of those. Wrong, this is a special one, since – if you join – you do the tour on a bike. Either you bring your own bike  (not many will do so I guess), or you rent one of Mike’s, the owner and guide. Mike took us through many parts of the city, starting from his office and workshop in Carrera 3 in the historic part La Candelaria, and he is full of anecdotes and a rich source of information on the history, habits and ways of Bogota and its citizens. We find this the best way to explore a place and Mike makes it all worth while. As soon as we have a better internet connection we will upload some pics on our Picasa album.
