68 kms. Flat!!! Well, still some 300 meters of climbing, but that’s not something to be counted. Beautiful environment, grassland mainly, dotted with trees. The road is rather busy with trucks, gets annoying after a time. Now the greatest problem becomes the heat. We touched 40 ˚C today, and this is a bit too much. We make plans to start very early in the morning, and hide somewhere in the afternoon. Now we are staying in Hotel Morrocoy, actually too expensive, but a very nice room with aircon, a piscina (swimming pool) and a good working wi-fi.
