Because it rained all day and the prospects were bad, we got on a bus in Vinh. After some 10 or 15 kilomters our driver hesitated while passing another truck, braked, continued and braked again. Then "Bang" we collided with an oncoming truck. Not very hard, nobody got injured, but bus and truck could not move abny more. Nobody got angry are exited, we just waited for half an hour and got on the next bus. This time our driver was fully insane. He stepped on the accelarator and the horn at the same time and with similar enthousiasm and made the most akward passing manouevres all the time. We were in the back on somewhat higher seats and we could see it happen every time. Unbelievable, incomprehensable why people should drive like this. There is no patience, no waiting, the horn and go, press on, bully the other road users. After two hours they changed drivers and the second one seemed to have a bit more senses. Happy to get off in Ninh Binh in the end.
