From Cermes to Tramin. 2200 mteres of ascent. Six of us now, the guys from Limburg joined in. Very heavy, with a lot of bike-pushing, but with the fantastic climax of the Gantkofel. This is a cliff overlooking the valley and the city of Bolzano. We spent some time there to enjoy it. Then a descent over a difficult trail, where Andy and Thomas made a fall. Not very bad, though a bit bit painful for the latter. After that a spectacular descebt over asfalt to Tramin. Nice hotel Tirolerhof. Real Italian food on the terrace.
